million files. At this position, I developed and implemented a manual file

Team Leader for the Diversity Program (1993-95) - Over a period of 6 weeks,
supervised a team of 10 Visa Processing Specialists received ten million visa
applications, data entered 50,000 applications, ran the software to randomly
select applications, notified “winners” of their selection.
As part of NVC leadership training, I learned the functions and worked within
several NVC Units. I acquired knowledge of all department functions and
worked within the Written Correspondence and Pre-screen departments.

As a Night manager, I managed a 400 room luxury hotel. I developed a night auditing system with LOTUS 1-2-3 software.
The night auditing system saved the hotel the revenue because it no longer
needed a night auditor. My other duties included supervising the front
office, reservation functions, housekeeping, telephone operations, managed
food and beverage departments, and the security staff. I also maintained the
hotel computer operations including system backup/restore, generated hotel
gusts account on a daily bases, and performed other duties as needed.

April 1980—December 1983
Managed two coffee shops that generated revenue of more than one million
dollars. These coffee shops were a concession that served visitors to the World Trade
Center in New York City. Managed a staff of 15 where

functions. In addition, I managed the Observation Deck on top of the World Trade Center
